THE DEERING ESTATE

Historical mansion venue set on historical, lush gardens, all overlooking Biscayne Bay! 450 acres with 4 separate event areas. 3 large outdoor venue spaces, an elegant indoor add-on option, and unique indoor and outdoor alcoves.

Capacity:

The Deering Estate is comprised of separate rentable areas, including the Stone House, Front Lawn, and Courtyard. Event capacity depends on the area (or areas) rented for your event.

Curfew:

The Deering Estate venue rental allows the use of the space between 5 PM and midnight. An additional hour can be purchased to extend until 1 AM.
