Maggie Rodriguez
Maggie Rodriguez, director of sales & marketing, has been planning events since she graduated from University of Miami in 1995. Maggie’s major is in public relations & political science with a minor in marketing. She has worked for Miami Dade County, United Way, Muscular Dystrophy Association, and other non-profit organizations as a development specialist raising funds through events. In 2005, Maggie’s vision and creative juices started flowing in a different direction and she started Fetes & Events from her backyard. She led the company to great success (selling more than 160 events a year) and sold her share of the business to her former business partner (and ex-husband) in 2011. Her expertise in the special event (especially wedding) industry is the driving force behind Inspired Events future success. She has assembled a team of truly talented, service oriented, creative people ready to make your event a success.
Alex Burns
Alex is a sales coordinator with Inspired Events. She is the wedding coordinator at Historic Trinity Cathedral (an amazing, beautiful, gorgeous cathedral in the center of downtown Miami by the Venetian causeway. If you haven’t been…you’re missing out!! Hurry….Go…)
Cheila Gonzalez
A sales coordinator with Inspired Events and our resident linguist. She speaks Spanish, English, and Portuguese. A selling powerhouse she comes from the world of luxe, high-end real estate. She’s lived in Brazil, Peru, and the United States.
Nicole Lopez
Director of Coordination: Where do we begin? A graduate from the FIU School of Hospitality, Nicole is a certified event/wedding planner. She works for the Betsy Hotel and is our event specialist. She has coordinated hundreds of weddings and events. Basically…she makes it all happen. She’s cool, calm, and collected. The perfect combination for a successful event planner.
Andres Aguilar – Senior Event Stylist
Think Tim Burton merged with Preston Bailey, and add a hint of Chanel-that describes Andres. He’s designed fabulous events for celebrities such as The Estefan’s, Lil Wayne, and others not wanting to mention their names. He was selected as the designer for the Vero Beach Wine Festival, and is the floral designer for the Farimont Turnberry Isles and a preferred designer at Costa D’Este in Vero Beach. He started as a free- lance floral artist about 10 years ago, and his imagination soared him to success. Inspired Events loves that he is a part of our talented team.
Chef Peter Fryer
Chef Peter Fryer is an English gentleman educated in the United Kingdom’s prestigious Court Field Culinary Institute. He has worked as Executive Chef and Chef de Cuisine for more than 25 years throughout Europe and North America. Luxury hotels, resorts, country clubs, and fine dining establishments. Now, he’s with us! Always available to meet with clients to discuss any dietary concerns, funky menu ideas, or innovative food concepts-he’s your, well our guy!!
